Outputs generated by the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Xelqoranta website and platform, including text, design, software and platform outputs, is the property of Xelqoranta Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that content beyond what is necessary to use the platform as intended.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Xelqoranta platform and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
